Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data With Grace holds about you, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on a data question, this document governs.

We are W Grace Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company. Write to hello@wgrace.co about anything here and a person will answer.

The Short Version

We hold as little as we can. We do not sell any of it, and no advertiser is involved anywhere on this Site.

1. When We Start Holding Anything About You

We start holding personal data about you when you take a step to identify yourself: registering interest in a project, creating an account, or writing to us. Until then we do not know your name and we are not trying to find it out.

Three things happen before that, and we would rather you heard them from us than found them later.

Like any website, we log basic technical information on every visit whether you are signed in or not: IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed. We need it to run the Site and keep it secure. We keep it for 12 months.

We measure how the Site is used, and we do it for one reason: to make the Site better to use. You cannot walk around these villas before deciding, so the pages have to do the work a visit would. Knowing which of them help and which confuse people is how we fix the ones that confuse people. That measurement includes a replay of the page: where you scrolled, what you opened, how long you stayed. PostHog handles it for us, and section 9 explains the one cookie it sets. Everything you type is hidden inside your browser before the replay is sent, so no typed words appear in it at all.

We do nothing else with it. It is never used to advertise to you, it is never sold, and it is never handed to anyone for their own purposes.

And what you say to Grace is saved. It has to be, or she cannot follow a conversation, and section 5 explains where it goes and who can read it. If you type a phone number into that chat, treat it as something you have given us, and ask us to delete it whenever you want.

None of this is advertising. We run no ads on the Site, we use no ad networks, and we do not sell or share any of it.

2. What We Hold, Once You Do

We ask for nothing else. The one exception is an identity document, and that only comes up at the point of an actual purchase. We will tell you what is needed and why before it goes anywhere, and we will ask for it through a secure channel rather than the chat widget.

3. Why We Hold It

To answer you, to show you the right projects, to arrange the things you ask us to arrange, and to keep the Site secure. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. Who Sees It

Your information stays inside the With Grace team unless sharing it is genuinely needed to do something you have asked us to do. In full:

5. Grace, and the AI Providers Behind Her

What you type to Grace is sent to an AI provider so it can generate a reply. We use Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude. Neither is permitted to use your conversation to train their general-purpose models.

Your conversation is also saved in our own database, whether or not you have an account, so that Grace can follow what you have already said. Inside the company only the people working on your enquiry can read it. Ask us at hello@wgrace.co and we will delete it.

Grace answers from facts held in our own records. She does not invent a price, an area, or an availability, and where we do not hold the figure she is required to say so rather than guess.

Deleting your account deletes that memory, as described in section 7. If you have no account, ask us and we will delete the conversation anyway.

6. Where It Is Held

On servers we rent and run ourselves, and with the providers listed in section 8. Nothing about you sits with an advertising network, because we do not use one. The usage measurement described in section 1 sits with PostHog on servers in the United States. We are a Singapore company and this Policy is governed by Singapore law. That is the jurisdiction a request about your data goes to.

7. Getting It Back, Correcting It, or Deleting It

Write to hello@wgrace.co and ask. You can ask us to show you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it.

We action a deletion request within 30 days, and that includes backups, logs, and Grace's memory of your account. Some records have to survive a deletion because the law requires it, transaction records once a purchase has completed being the usual case. Where that applies we will tell you which records and why.

You can also revoke our access at any time in your sign-in provider's own permissions settings.

8. The Providers That Touch Your Data

These are the only third parties involved in running the Site, each under contract and acting only on our instructions:

We do not use advertising networks on the Site. PostHog is the only analytics provider we use, it works on our instructions alone, and it is not allowed to use anything it holds for us for any other purpose.

9. Cookies

We use what is needed to keep you signed in and to keep the Site secure.

We set one more, for the usage measurement in section 1. It holds a random id, so that if you come back next week we can tell it is the same browser rather than a new person. There is no name in it and no email. Only this Site and PostHog can read it, it belongs to no advertiser, and it does not follow you anywhere else on the web. Clear your cookies and the id is gone. You get a fresh one next time and we have no way to join the two together.

We use no advertising cookies at all.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Site evolves. The Effective date above shows when it last changed. Where a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will email registered users before it takes effect.

12. Complaints

Write to hello@wgrace.co first. We would far rather put something right than have you escalate it. If you are not satisfied, you can raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
